1. General Terms and Acceptance

By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is permitted for personal use, and that you take full personal responsibility for ensuring your use of the platform complies with any applicable local laws or regulations in your place of residence.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a pklauk account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration details is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

Each individual may register one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — will be closed without notice. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be permanently forfeited.

2.4 KYC Verification

pklauk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. You will be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — before your first withdrawal is processed. pklauk may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pklauk login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pklauk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by pklauk are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds credited to your pklauk account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.4 Loyalty Program

Points accumulate toward tier progression and may be redeemed for bonus credit at the rates published in the Loyalty Program section of the platform. Loyalty Points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts. pklauk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time with reasonable advance notice to players.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Termination by pklauk

Any active bonuses are void. You remain bound by these Terms with respect to any pre-termination activity on your account, including outstanding bet settlements and any ongoing investigation.

8.4 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are provided in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of a dispute between you and pklauk, the matter should first be raised with our player support team at [email protected]. pklauk aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as determined by pklauk.
